About Us

PHARMAQ LTD is a subsidiary of PHARMAQ AS. We have been operating from our purpose built office, production unit and warehouse since 1989 when our first products were sold for the pigeon and cage and aviary market. Since that time we have had a registered pharmacy on our premises too. We are therefore able to sell veterinary medicines on a retail basis in accordance with the Veterinary Medicines Regulations.

Our Registration number with the General Pharmaceutical Council, which can be found on http://www.pharmacyregulation.org/theregister/index.aspx is 1031717.

We hold a Wholesale Dealer's licence, a Wholesale Dealer's Import licence and a Manfacturer's licence.

We have received Investors in People certification.

Our product range has broadened out so that, today, most of our product line is centred on aquatic animals (both farmed and ornamental). We are particularly proud of our fish vaccines and also sell other products like antimicrobials, anaesthetic agents and biocides to fish keepers.
